2. Services Offered

Recharge Fuel LLC offers heating oil delivery services for residential and commercial clients. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Ordering and Payment

• Orders can be placed online, by phone, or via email.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, major credit cards, cash, check, money orders.
• Zelle payments from M&T Bank accounts are not accepted.
• Payment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise agreed.
• Prices are subject to change, but confirmed orders will be honored at the agreed price.
• Failure to leave payment will result in cancellation or rescheduling at the current market price.
• Returned checks will incur a $45 fee and must be repaid via credit card.

4. Delivery Policy

• Minimum delivery is 100 gallons; if the tank cannot accommodate this, a $45 fee applies.
• Delivery times vary due to weather, traffic, and other factors.
• Customers must ensure clear access to the oil tank.
• The tank’s vent alarm must be functional, or delivery will be halted with a $45 fee.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be canceled up to one day before delivery without penalty.
• Refunds will be processed within 24 to 72 hours.

6. Respectful Conduct Policy

Rude or disrespectful behavior toward staff will result in order cancellation and website access restriction.

7. Liability

Recharge Fuel LLC is not responsible for damages from misuse or lack of equipment maintenance.

8. User Conduct

Users must not violate laws, disrupt website functionality, or submit false information.
